Chris Koehl - a born and raised Texan, started dancing at the young age of twelve; at sixteen, he began developing his love for hip hop. Chris has trained in several dance styles including jazz, ballet, broadway, power tumbling, b-boy, and contemporary. Passionate about dance, Chris decided around his senior year of high school to pursue dance as his professional career. He launched his profession after competing on the Fox reality TV show “So You Think You Can Dance Season 8.” Since then Chris has worked as a professional performer in all avenues of the dance industry; he has been privileged to work on TV shows such as Glee, Bunheads, and Disney’s “Shake It Up”, as well as music videos such as Jermaine Jackson-Blame It On The Boogie, Alyson Stoner- BoyFriend remix, and various performances throughout Los Angeles such as the 2011 and 2012 Premios Billboard de la Musica Mexicana. Chris has also performed commercial work for: So You Think You can Dance, Sensa, and Cricket Wireless. Although Chris has moved to LA to continue pursuing his dreams, he also travels to choreograph and teach master classes at studios around the states. Taking up acting, Chris is enthusiastic to see what will come next!
